InTouch Health® Announces Next Generation Image Viewing Solution for Telehealth

Integration of eUnity™ diagnostic and clinical image viewing platform with Provider Access Software™ delivers state-of-the-art capabilities to telehealth users

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 11, 2017InTouch Health, the leading enterprise telehealth platform, announced today the planned integration of Client Outlook’s eUnity diagnostic and clinical image viewing software platform within the company’s telehealth solutions. Integrating eUnity will further enhance the InTouch Health Provider Access Software platform, which gives clinicians single sign-on access and control of all endpoints on the network, customizable clinical workflow tools, integration with customer’s existing electronic health record systems and endpoint access to any device on the InTouch Health telehealth network.

“The ability to deliver a seamless, scalable telehealth solution to our clinical users is at the heart of what differentiates us,” said Joseph DeVivo, CEO of InTouch Health. “Our customers tell us that they value our products because they are easy to use, secure and reliable, and improve their ability to successfully manage telehealth consultations – this feedback drives us to find the absolute best-in-class solutions for our clinical partners. By integrating Client Outlook’s superior eUnity image viewing platform, we continue our trend of delivering advanced, state-of-the-art technology to clinicians and their patients.”

Client Outlook is a health care technology company focused solely on improving the delivery of health care through the eUnity software platform. eUnity is an innovative enterprise image viewing platform that incorporates a powerful integration engine to facilitate interoperability with diverse systems and technology. The flexibility to connect to any organization’s existing picture archiving and communication system (PACS), vendor neutral archive (VNA) or other imaging data sources and launch from any electronic medical record (EMR) enables eUnity to support referring physicians for clinical viewing as well as radiologists for diagnostic reading. eUnity’s HTML5-based, zero-footprint architecture operates in a virtual machine environment, making it easy to integrate, support and scale to thousands of users on a single instance.

“Partnering with InTouch Health was a natural fit for Client Outlook,” said Steve Rankin, president and CEO of Client Outlook. “Our platforms are both differentiated by a highly-scalable architecture that enables outstanding integration with other systems in the enterprise. eUnity is a unique solution that cultivates a true enterprise viewing model, and we see a tremendous opportunity for the future of telehealth by powering InTouch Health’s Provider Access Software platform with the ability to view clinical and diagnostic images.”

InTouch Health will be highlighting the new additions to its Provider Access Software platform at the 11th Annual Telehealth Innovation Forum in Santa Barbara, California, July 24-26. Client Outlook will be attending the event as a sponsor and in support of InTouch Health’s new Image Viewing Solution leveraging the eUnity software platform.
