Remote Presence is also available in the surgical suite through our partner KARL STORZ, via the VisitOR1™ product, allowing expert opinion leaders and consulting surgeons to beam into the operating room environment and observe or confer with the on-site surgeon.
The VisitOR1 allows for immediate consultation, specialist monitoring, and interactive training, in real-time with the on-site surgeon and medical staff. Mounted above the surgical environment, the remote specialist has a unique view of the surgical field. Like other InTouch Health endpoints, the VisitOR1 can be remotely operated for optimal viewing of the procedure.
