Product Manager OEM Product Line
InTouch Health, Inc. seeks a highly motivated individual as OEM Product Manager based at its corporate headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA.
As a member of the marketing team this key individual is responsible for managing the Company’s OEM product line for Remote Presence. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of the operating room and interventional catheter lab environments. This product manager reports directly to the VP, Strategic Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties Include:
* Manages the development of a Remote Presence OEM product offering for the acute care hospital equipment industry.
* Works closely with cross functional team members (R&D, Operations, Regulatory, and marketing) to define and implement product
strategy, roadmap and specifications.
* Delivers on all marketing requirements for the OEM product line.
* Provides direct business development support in securing new customers and manages the day-to-day issues with existing
customers.
* Works closely with customers to derive 3rd party validations (case studies, white papers).
* Creates sales and marketing tools such as presentation slides and marketing collateral.
Skills & Qualifications:
* A bachelor’s degree is required (advanced degree preferred) along with 2-3 years experience in product management. Will consider
recent MBA graduate with healthcare background. A strong technical background is a plus.
* A motivated self-starter with a strong passion for success with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communications skills including presentation and writing skills – able to articulate product, technology, applications and
outcomes information.
* Able to quickly understand and evaluate healthcare business models, product requirements and technical solutions/options.
* Able to interface and build strong relationships with OEM customers at all levels – clinical, technical, sales, marketing and business
development.
Pluses:
* A proven track record as a product manager in medical devices, healthcare services or healthcare IT products.
* Familiar with hospital environments and processes such as the operating room, interventional catheter lab, FDA GMP and quality
systems practices.
Salary range: $58k to $78k commensurate with experience. We are a dedicated, entrepreneurial group, eager to make our mark. We provide an excellent benefits package and stock options.
