Tech Service Technician
Great growth opportunity with our emerging robotics technology company. We have a friendly, informal group and offer an excellent benefits package. This position provides support for company products (Robots, ControlStations and accessories) in the field.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Answers Technical Service phone calls.
* Repairs company products and components.
* Assists/instructs field personnel on repair of products in the field.
* Travels to repair units in the field as required.
* Documents and improves Tech Service processes.
Knowledge and Skills Required
* AA Electronics (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 10 years work experience with computers and electromechanical systems
Other Skills and Attributes
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Knowledge of Windows based computer systems
* Knowledge of electromechanical systems
* Knowledge of wireless networks
* Knowledge of quality systems
Salary dependent on experience.
