Market Manager for Health Care Enterprise Solutions
InTouch Health is looking for someone to contribute as a member of a business segment leadership team in the development and management of strategic accounts and initiatives to support its rapidly growing OEM business vertical (Healthcare Enterprise Solutions). This role will help advance our core Remote Presence technology solutions specifically in surgical markets, primarily through direct sales to global medical device companies and other enterprise customers.
Representative Responsibilities:
* Manage account development for new and developing applications of Remote Presence into OEM/Strategic Partner channels,
particularly in surgical markets.
* Direct post-development relationship with strategic accounts including existing partnerships:
Operating plan development and program implementation
Key point of contact to strategic account champion or project manager
Conduct post-sales field activities to help new and existing accounts attain value proposition of ITH solutions and develop additional
applications that have highly scaleable revenue potential
* Key team member to coordinate with Engineering/R&D and Product Development throughout the product development cycle from
project inception through to market launch and implementation.
* Analyze current market needs, trends and competition that will stimulate creation of new product lines and services that could be of
value to strategic accounts.
* Assist in development of institutional knowledge base around OEM solutions to establish best practices.
* Contribute to and help execute comprehensive strategic and tactical marketing plans for various OEM solutions.
* Provide strategic input to and work closely with Division VP to execute divisional operating and business plans.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors in Engineering, BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced degree
preferred.
* Seven (7) or more years of medical device or pharmaceutical marketing management experience relating to product management,
marketing and/or strategic planning (specifically, prior product marketing/management or medical education experience inside
Top 100 global medical device companies.)
* Proven skill in strategic decision making
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external constituencies, such as, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Product Development and support
staff to ensure successful execution of business plans.
* Track record of building strategic relationships with and implementing technology solutions to or inside Fortune 1000 enterprises.
* Strong interpersonal skills - a temperament that is personable, energetic, responsive, confident - works as a team player.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the kind of personality that is attentive to detail, good at multitasking, and exhibits excellent
verbal and written communications skills.
* Prior technical knowledge of or background in product development/engineering, healthcare IT services, videoconferencing and/or
robotics will be valued.
Salary commensurate with experience.
