Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Circuit design analysis
* Design of verification test plans for electrical designs and COTS components
* Completion of verification tests for electrical designs and COTS components
* Simulation of electrical designs
* Simulation of programmable logic devices (Verilog simulations)
* Harnessing design
* Evaluation and prototyping of new technologies
* Design of test programs or scripts
* Schematic Capture, PCB Layout
* Embedded programming (DSP, Microcontrollers, etc.)
* Design using programmable logic devices (FPGA, CPLD, etc)
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Experience with Verilog HDL design and simulation
* Experience in C programming at an embedded level
* Experience in design for testability
* Experience with using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, & signal generators
* Experience in soldering
* Ability to drive tasks to completion in a timely fashion
* Knowledge of PCB fabrication process
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Engineer in a team environment
* MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
