Accounting Manager
InTouch Health produces Remote Presence Robots for the healthcare industry. These systems allow a user from a ControlStation to drive the Robot at a remote location and interact with people at that location via 2-way audio/video conferencing. We have an open position for an Accounting Manager in our Finance Department. We are a growing pre-IPO organization preparing to become SOX compliant.
Responsibilities:
* Manage month-end close process and review of reconciliations and JE’s.
* Responsible for maintaining General Ledger.
* Supervise Staff Accountant, Payroll and AP Clerk.
* Oversee AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Payroll.
* Process monthly invoices.
* Create financial reports and supporting schedules for internal management and external auditors.
* Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvements to ensure SOX compliance.
Job Requirements:
* 4-10 years accounting experience with increasing responsibilities; managerial experience a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, commensurate course work
* CPA, audit and SOX experience a plus
* Revenue Recognition and Cost Accounting experience a plus
* Accounting experience working in a publicly traded organization highly desirable
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, General Ledger Software (Great Plains experience a plus)

Hours and Pay:
* Full-time salaried position.
